Ms. Kaiser serves on the Board of Union County Women’s Lawyers Association. Ms. Kaiser has served as a member of the Board of Trustees of Kean College of New Jersey.
Ms. Kaiser received her Bachelors degree, Magna Cum Laude, from Kean College of New Jersey and her law degree from Thomas Cooley Law School in Michigan where she received an Award from Michigan Opinion Notes for outstanding service and writing; and a Distinguished Service Award as a Legal Intern at the Sixty Plus Inc. Elderlaw Clinic providing legal representation to impoverished seniors. Ms. Kaiser successfully represented clients and argued Medicaid/Medicare cases before the Michigan Circuit Courts for the Elderlaw clinic. Ms. Kaiser serves as Court-appointed Guardian, Court-appointed Counsel in Guardianships; as well as Executor and Administrator of Estates.
Ms. Kaiser has lectured on Medicaid at the 55th Annual Tax and Estate Forum held at the New Jersey Law Center in New Brunswick for the Institute of Continuing Legal Education.
Ms. Kaiser teaches Real Estate Law at Fairleigh Dickinson University. |
