From my days in Law School I was enriched by working for the Sixty Plus Elderlaw Clinic in Michigan. I knew then that I had garnered valuable knowledge which I would bring to my practice. This knowledge of the elderly allowed me to ignore the myths relating to aging and the competence of the elderly. At the same time, I take into account and empathize with the reality of the situation at hand using the tools of our laws to assist me.
